All Registration - Accommodation bookings must be made individually, directly with the Conference Hotel, by the procedure described below. The reservations constitute
conference packages, which include dinner on the day of arrival, all meals (breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks, dinner) for the following full day(s) of your stay,
and breakfast and lunch on the day of your departure.
