Bacillus cereus group Multi-Scheme Phylogenetic Search

Here you can select isolates according to the main phylogenetic cluster they belong to in the B. cereus group population. The seven clusters defined by Guinebretiere et al. 2008 are used for the classification of the isolates. Note that the phylogenetic classifications provided here are consistent across typing methods (i.e, isolates assigned to a particular cluster belong to that cluster in MLST-only, MLST+AFLP, and MLST+AFLP+MLEE phylogenetic analyses). Strains that could not be assigned consistently to a given cluster or that do not belong to any of the seven major clusters are classified as "unclustered".
